Initial Consultation

The Initial Consultation is a 4-part process.

​

Part 1: Prior to your consultation, we will send you an Assessment Form, Intake Paperwork, and instructions to get you started.

Part 2: Is all about getting to know you, your health, your current concerns, and your goals moving forward. 

Part 3: The testing! You will lay back and relax while we get to work.

Part 4: The Report of Findings & Recommendations. During this time, we will share with you our findings and recommendations.  â€‹

Functional Muscle Testing

When you make the commitment to get started on your health & wellness journey you will want to stay on track.

This session is considered a "follow-up" appointment. During this time, we will check to see how your program and progress is going and make any necessary adjustments. 

​

Change doesn't always happen overnight.  With commitment and consistency your results will come.

Acute Care Visit

Not feeling well? We can help.

​

No need to "wait it out", call for an Acute Care Visit.  At this appointment, we will check to see what is impacting your health and wellness. We will develop a temporary program to best help support your body and to provide relief and healing during the necessary time.

Restore and align the four bodies within during a relaxing Foot Zone.  This modality has the capacity to tap into the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of a person. When we create awareness around these burdens in the body, they can clear, and the body can renew.

High Performance Coaching is an advanced 12-session process for exploring all the ways you can reach heightened and (more importantly) sustained levels of performance and potential in your life... including your career, personal wellness, relationships, and more.

This is a science-backed, heart-driven approach to achieving massive success and positive life outcomes like happiness, health, wealth, and confidence.

You will receive the exact strategies that the worlds most accomplished people use to manage their emotions, schedule their days, achieve their goals, all while keeping their passion and purpose clear.

"What is Nutrition Response Testing?"

Nutrition Response Testing® is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying (root) causes of ill health. When these causes are found and corrected through natural, nutritional means, the body can repair itself and maintain more optimum health. 

 

As a NRT Practitioner, we do not diagnose, treat, or cure. We support the body’s natural healing ability. We utilize muscle testing to determine what is affecting your body’s nervous system and how well each organ, gland, tissue, and cell is functioning in the body. This is done by testing the body’s neurological reflexes. 

 

How is this done? Your practitioner will gently push on your raised arm while placing their other hand on the specific area being tested. We are not testing the strength of the arm, but rather the response of the arm. Through the body’s neurological reflex responses, we know which areas to address and to provide additional support. To determine how to best support the nervous system, organ, gland, tissue, or cells we need to determine what is affecting it.

 

There are 5 common stressors that are reviewed: food sensitivities, immune challenges, heavy metals, chemicals, and scars. This information helps us determine how to best support the body.

"What is a Foot Zone?"

There is a map of the body on the feet.  Foot Zoning is the ability to tap into this map of the body through signals on the feet.  This "modality" or system/method/approach to healing has existed for thousands of years.   

 

The Foot Zone has the capacity to tap into physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of a person.  We refer to these as the four bodies; they complete and make a whole person. When you are foot zones, it allows harmony and balance within the four bodies by clearing blockages. 

 

We address emotions, mental downloads that need reprogramming, a sense of a spiritual self that is lost, and "dis"ease within the physical body. When we create awareness around these brunets in the body, they can clear and the body can renew.
